Today's Saturday, the start to a long weekend and I have Afrikaans tution. I know not the best right.

But there's no use complaining. Just blogging in to say that everyone must have a awesome weekend and Enjoy every moment no matter what.

And take my advice if you're still young, let boys make their mistakes with other girls not with you. So wait until you're over 18teen maybe they will have learnt by then.

How to make sweet french toast

Ingredients

• 4 eggs
• 2 tablespoons of milk
• 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
• 2 tablespoons of sugar

Method

Add everything one after the other, mix it all together. dip one slice of bread in until it is fully soaked on both sides and then fry it on the pan on number 7 and must have oil. Must be golden brown of both sides. Do not leave for long it will get burnt.

once one slice is nearly ready dip the other slice in mixture and so on

enjoy and serve hot.

How to Make Spaghetti Bolognaise

A Quick and Easy Version of the Italian Pasta Classic

Ingredients

• 1 x 500g pack good quality minced beef, pork, or a combination of the two
• 1 x large onion
• 2 x garlic cloves
• 2 x carrots, grated or chopped as finely as you can
• 1 x 400g tin chopped tomatoes
• 1 x beef stock cube, made up into 1/4 pint stock using boiling water
• 1 small glass red wine
• dash Worcestershire sauce (optional)
• 1 x teaspoon dried oregano
• salt and pepper
• 1 x tablespoon olive oil
• 1 x teaspoon white sugar
• 500g dried spaghetti
• 2 x tablespoons grated fresh parmesan cheese, to serve (optional)

Method

1. Finely chop the onion and the garlic - avoid crushing the garlic as this will make the flavour too strong. Add the oil to a large high-sided frying pan (with a lid, if possible) and gently fry the onion and garlic with the sugar for a couple of minutes until starting to soften.
2. Turn up the heat under the pan and add the minced meat. Fry for several minutes, stirring continuously, until all the meat is lightly browned. Add a little salt at this stage, along with plenty of black pepper and the dried oregano. Remember, the stock will be quite salty, so don't be too heavy handed with the salt - you can always add more later if you think it needs it.
3. Add the red wine and continue to cook over a high heat until around half of the liquid has disappeared. Add the carrots, the stock and the tinned tomatoes, and give everything a good stir.
4. Reduce the heat to a gentle simmer, and cover the pan if it has a lid. If the pan has no lid, you will need to keep an eye on it to ensure the liquid doesn't evaporate too fast - just add a touch more water if this happens. Leave to cook for around 30 minutes.
5. Once the sauce has cooked for around 30 minutes, remove the lid and increase the heat so that the sauce begins to thicken. Add the Worcestershire sauce, if using. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to pack instructions - normally 8 - 10 mins in boiling water for dried spaghetti, although fresh pasta will cook much quicker.
6. Once the sauce has reached the desired consistency and the spaghetti is cooked, drain the spagetti and divide between four plates, Top with the sauce and then a generous sprinkling of grated fresh paremsan. Serve with a green salad, or with garlic bread if you are feeling particularly hungry!

After break I have drama and then I am writing my maths test, I am so nervous. I studied the whole night last night so I have to get a good mark. I wrote a language afrikaans test and it was hectic, well acctually I don't know if it was easy or hard because i didn't understand anything so...
